  Dr. Padratzik was a last minute sub for my doctor when I needed a C-Section while she was on vacation and he was INCREDIBLE. My delivery was flawless, and he even fixed some damage done by a previous surgeon in an emergency c-section. He's incredibly kind, empathetic, and an all around good guy. He is now my primary Gynecologist.

  I've been coming here since Dr. Mulford was still around, since he left it has gone down hill. I'm stating everything that I've experienced in this review and you be the judge if you want to go to this office. I called to set up my annual exam and can't get in to see my doctor until Oct., why such a long line? I also want to make anyone aware that there are good doctors here like Dr. Davis, but my personal doctor, not so much. I've been told my a friend who's a pharmacist that my doc misdiagnosed a lot of their patients. I also have been misdiagnosed when my gall bladder had gall stones and needed to be removed. They made me wait hours even though the pain was horrendous to finally see my doctor and when I finally saw them, they rushed me out saying it's just a stomach bug and gave me tramadol, really?? I won't say who the doctor is, just know it was a bad experience and 2 weeks later (when my pain meds were gone) I was rushed to the ER because it had gotten so bad I continuously threw up and had the worst pain of my life travel from my mid back to mid stomach. This among other things, is why I'm looking for a new doctors office. Another issue I have is this whole thing about you can't schedule an appointment here unless you call in the day of, but who has the time or can afford to do this all the time? They told me before that if whatever was going on with me was bad enough, to go to urgent care, yea, because I want to pay a huge co-pay for that damn place and wait hours. My last problem with this office is that half of the nurses are awesome, but the other half are ignorant and could care less about anything you have to ask. My grandmother uses this office and granted I know she asks a lot of questions, but it's because you know, she doesn't have a pharmacist license or a nursing degree! She was on the phone asking the Doctors assistant a question and they thought they put her on hold...they didn't. My grandmother heard them talking about her in a rude and unprofessional manner. That is the most ignorant thing I've heard about coming out of this office. This, among other events, is why I'm so furious at this office. Majority of the people there don't care about the patients and don't hold the same values as set out by Mercy Medical. It's a shame this office has gone so down hill, it USED to be amazing, but that was before Dr. Mulford left.
